Lee Patrick Hanks interviews Alfred Webre, J.D., M.Ed., a futurist and author of "Exopolitics."

Alfred explains that "Exopolitics" is the political science of outer space and that there are as many as 57 different ET races visiting our planet. He describes the ET truth embargo and the severe sanctions and consequences of moving away from the 20th century canon of science.

Alfred says that recently released NASA photos of Mars show evidence of life and he explains how in 1953, the Robertson Panel which was convened by the CIA, imposed a rule that there will be no public discourse on this planet around extraterrestrial presence.

Alfred describes the upcoming "consciousness upgrade of our race" and that our capacity to participate as interactive citizens of the Galaxy is now underway.

He describes how our solar system is passing through the plane of the galactic center black hole and that these massive black holes are the "engines" that drive galaxies. They also emit electromagnetic frequences that have affected humans for thousands of years.

Alfred explains that science is only in the preliminary stages of making discoveries about the galactic center which was the center of the Mayan culture.

Alfred says, "We are now just beginning to acknowledge and understand that there's this massive presence programming the entire galaxy and all living things in it."

He explains that there is extreme uncertainty in the scientific community about what will happen during "Solar Cycle 24" which should occur between 2009 and 2020.

He warns that between 2012 and 2014 we may experience a solar maximum, the maximum of the solar-spot cycle, and that it could potentially destroy the entire elctrical grid on our planet, which would then spark the introduction of new energy systems and anti-gravitic technologies that have been kept secret from the public.

Alfred explains that scientists now know that the galactic center is sending out tremendous bursts of energy. These transposon bursts may actually activate our dorment DNA, sparking our evolution from carbon based bodies to light bodies as part of an evolutionary cycle that occurs so rapidly, we don't leave any fossils behind.

Lee describes how in Egyptian mystery schools the initiates had to go through a tremendous process of balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Very few acheived this balance so only about 214 were able to enter the King's chamber in the great pyramid, go into the sarcophagus and disappear using an Onch.

This device, which may have ET origins, was pointed at the sun entering through a special opening and carefully aligned at a specific time. The Onch would activiate the Pineal gland, thus electrifying the entire field around the body and causing the subject to disappear, leaving only white powder on the floor.

Alfred explains that there are different galactic processes that are going on now that affect our planet, our solar system and the rest of the galaxy.

Alfred explains that there are 26,000 year cycles and 26-million year cycles where new species spontaneously appear. 2012 represents the closing of both of these cycles and the beginning of new cycles, thus adding to the multiple aspects of change taking place.

Lee and Alfred discuss the importance of comminicating to others the significance of "Solar Cycle 24," the galactic alignment and the transformation of humanity.
